• Deli and Grocery Sales: We offer prepared foods, beverages, and grocery items for sale at the posted prices within our physical location.

• Product Availability: All products and services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue or change product offerings at any time.

3. Pricing and Payments

• Accuracy: We strive to ensure all pricing information is accurate. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel the order.

• Payment: We accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as indicated at our point-of-sale terminal. All payments must be completed successfully before goods are transferred.

• Sales Tax: Applicable sales tax will be added to the price of taxable goods as required by law.

4. Third-Party Delivery Services

If you place an order for delivery or pickup through a third-party platform (e.g., Uber Eats, DoorDash, Grubhub):

• Separate Terms: The transaction is governed by both these Terms and the terms and conditions of the respective third-party platform. We are not responsible for the platform's user interface, payment processing, delivery fees, or data handling.

• Delivery Issues: We are responsible for preparing and packaging the food correctly. The third-party delivery service is responsible for the actual delivery, including timeliness, temperature, and safe transport. Any disputes regarding delivery should be directed to the third-party provider.

5. Refunds, Exchanges, and Quality

• Non-Prepared Food Items: Unopened, non-perishable grocery items may be eligible for an exchange or refund within a reasonable timeframe, provided you have the original receipt.

• Prepared Food: Due to the perishable nature of deli items, all sales of prepared food (sandwiches, hot food, coffee, etc.) are final once accepted by the customer or the delivery driver. If there is a documented issue with the quality or preparation of your order, please bring it to the immediate attention of a staff member at the time of purchase or notify the third-party platform immediately upon receipt.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, names, and branding associated with Lenox Gourmet Deli & Grocery are our property and may not be used, duplicated, or reproduced without our express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Lenox Gourmet Deli & Grocery will not be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, indirect or consequential damages, or loss of profit) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on our premises or through third-party services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms
